What a Trip Pass is

A €12 Trip Pass is a tax-included, one-time purchase that unlocks one owner-bound planning workspace. Ranking and useful destination previews remain free. The workspace adds live flight itineraries, live hotel rates, the complete dossier, refinements, a saved shortlist, booking handoff and one active watch. No subscription or automatic renewal applies.

A three-pass pack, when offered, costs €29 tax included and funds three separate owner-bound workspaces. The pack is not part of the initial public offer unless AuraVoya expressly makes it available.

Flights and stays are separate purchases from their providers. AuraVoya never takes payment for travel, holds travel inventory, or becomes a party to a travel contract.

Pass assignment and access

An unused pass never expires, is non-transferable and belongs to the purchasing account. Redeeming it permanently assigns it to one workspace. That workspace may compare destinations and revise the brief within current provider cost ceilings and fair-use limits.

Access ends at the earlier of 365 days after activation and the later of 90 days after activation or the original departure date’s end of day. Without an original departure date, access lasts 90 days. Later date edits never extend access.

After ordinary expiry, saved snapshots and non-metered booking-search links remain readable with stale-data labels. Live refreshes and monitoring stop. A refund or dispute revocation returns every funded workspace to the free-preview level.

Trust-first refunds

You may request a refund of the complete purchase within 14 days even if a pass was activated. The request immediately freezes every pass and workspace funded by that purchase; a successful full refund revokes them. Duplicate charges, fraud and materially unavailable service remain reviewable after 14 days, alongside any mandatory statutory rights.

A three-pass pack is refunded in full during the 14-day period. We do not offer partial customer-selected pack refunds in the first release. If law, service closure or another approved later remedy requires unit-level allocation, its deterministic values are €9.67, €9.67 and €9.66.

Accounts, closure and fair use

A verified AuraVoya account is required to purchase, redeem, save paid work, monitor a workspace or request a refund. Account deletion first freezes access and completes any eligible refund workflow before product data and the sign-in identity are deleted. Legally required accounting evidence is retained in pseudonymised form for the approved period.

We may stop abusive or automated use that exceeds documented safeguards. If the service closes, outstanding unused value will be refunded where required rather than erased from the ledger.

Who takes your payment

At checkout, Stripe or Link acts as merchant of record for the Trip Pass and handles the payment, applicable indirect tax, receipt and transaction support. AuraVoya supplies the digital research workspace.
